  • Viteyes is not yet available in stores, although some physicians may sell Viteyes right from their office.

You can pay for your order in the following ways:

  • Viteyes accepts payment by money order, by check and all major credit cards.
  • Payment by money order and check are not accepted for autodelivery orders. All autodelivery orders must be paid by credit card.
  • To order by mail please send check or money orders to the following address. Remember to indicate shipping address, name of the product you wish to order and quantity. Mail to:

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

How soon your order will ship:

Orders placed before 3:30pm EST typically ship the same day. Orders totaling 3 bottles or less are shipped via United States Postal Service and delivered within 1 – 3 business days. Orders totaling 3 bottles or more are shipped UPS Ground and typically delivered within 3 – 5 business days.

Shipping is calculated in the following ways:

Shipping is free for any purchase of $44 or more and free shipping is included for any member of Viteyes For Life’s autodelivery program.

There are two levels of Viteyes For Life.

  • Tier 1: receive all benefits including autodelivery, 10% off all orders, free shipping, and access to Viteyes education material.
  • Tier 2: Members receive Viteyes educational and promotional material. 

If your order is below $44 or you are not a member of Viteyes For Life, standard shipping rates apply.

The Viteyes return policy:

  • Viteyes will gladly exchange or refund any unopened bottles within 14 days of purchase.
  • Due to health and safety reasons we cannot issue refunds on opened bottles.
  • Please note refunds may be subject to a shipping and handling fee.

How to be a Viteyes For Life Member without signing up for autodelivery:

Yes. You can sign up for Viteyes For Life and receive our enewsletter and additional communications on new products, discounts and educational eye information. You will not, however, receive the automatic 10% off unless you sign up for autodelivery and receive recurring orders.

  • You can sign up online or by calling 1-800-890-EYES (3937). You can also sign up on our website on the product page by selecting the autodelivery button prior to making a purchase.

How to push back your next autodelivery order:

To pause or push back your next autodelivery, you simply sign into your account on the Viteyes website. Choose “View Autodelivery Orders” to change your next shipping date. For additional help, call or email our customer service center at custserv@viteyes.com or 1-800-890-EYES (3937)

Your next autodelivery shipment can be viewed in the following ways:

  • To view your next shipment date simply log into “My Account” on the Viteyes website then choose “View orders” and look at the date for the next order that is “Scheduled to ship”
  • You can also view your next shipment date by looking at your previous invoice or call/email our customer service center and they will be happy to assist you. custserv@viteyes.com or call 1-800-890-EYES (3937)

How to change the address on your autodelivery order:

Whether you have moved, are going on vacation or are a snowbird you can change your autodelivery address by email customer service at custserv@viteyes.com or call a representative at 1-800-890-EYES (3937)

How to cancel autodelivery:

To cancel your autodelivery membership please call 1-800-890-EYES (3937) and a customer service representative will be happy to assist you.
